Data processed: name, e-mail address, message, and where filled in, phone number and company name; plus IP address and browser information (user agent).

Name, e-mail, phone, company and message are processed to receive your enquiry, reply to it and carry the conversation forward. The ground is that processing is necessary at your request before entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

IP address and user agent are processed to protect the form against spam and abuse. The ground is our legitimate interest, provided it does not override your rights and freedoms (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

The web server serving this site records, for every request, the IP address, date and time, the address requested and browser information. The purpose is system security and fault investigation.

The grounds are compliance with our legal obligations (KVKK art. 5/2-ç; GDPR art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest, provided it does not override your rights and freedoms (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

If you accept the notice at the bottom of the page, Google Analytics is loaded and cookies that measure visits and pages viewed are set in your browser. The purpose is to measure use of the site.

The ground is your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). If you do not accept, no cookie is set. Details are on the Cookie Policy page.

Within Turkey: your personal data is transferred only where a court, an enforcement office or a competent public authority makes a proper request, to comply with our legal obligations (KVKK art. 8).

Abroad: if you accept measurement cookies, the data those cookies generate is processed by Google LLC on servers outside Turkey. The ground is your explicit consent (KVKK art. 9). There is no other transfer abroad.

Name, e-mail, phone, company and message are collected by non-automated means, when you fill in and send the form.

IP address, user agent, server access records and, if you consented, cookie data are collected automatically as you use the site.

Article 11 of the Law grants you the following rights:

• The right to learn whether we process personal data about you and, if so, to request information about it.
• The right to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
• The right to know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred.
• The right to have incomplete or incorrect data corrected, and to have it erased or destroyed where the conditions in KVKK art. 7 are met.
• The right to ask that those operations be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.
• The right to object where a result is reached solely by automated analysis and works against you.
• The right to claim compensation where unlawful processing has caused damage.

Under GDPR you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
