Mobile Game Development
Mobile game development covers taking a game idea to a playable prototype and then to a game published on the App Store and Google Play: game design, development, playtesting and balancing, and store release. VenusSoft offers this for casual and hyper-casual games, education and gamification projects, and 2D/3D action and puzzle games.
SCOPE
One team. End-to-end ownership. Our own products.

When do you actually need a mobile game
There is a game idea on the table, and before putting real budget into development you want to see whether it is actually fun. The cheapest way to find out is a short software architecture and prototyping engagement before development starts.
Or you want to turn a brand, a product or training content into something people choose to spend time with; a plain app does not hold that attention.
Sometimes a team wants to add gamification to an existing training or loyalty process, and points, levels and rewards have to genuinely raise engagement rather than decorate it. If points and content need managing from a dashboard, that side is built as custom software development by the same team.
How the process works
Concept and playable prototype
1-2 weeksThe core mechanic, target player and revenue model are settled, and the idea is tested with a short playable prototype.
Game and visual design
2-3 weeksLevel design, character and environment art, and menu and interface flows are prepared. This step applies the principles of a standalone UX/UI design engagement to the game interface.
Development
6-12 weeksThe game is built in sprints; mechanics, levels, sound and analytics are wired in during this phase.
Playtesting and balancing
1-2 weeksThe game is tested with real players; difficulty, reward balance and performance across devices are tuned from what they show.
Store release and updates
1-2 weeksApp Store and Google Play release is handled, and an update plan is drawn from player data after launch. If the game needs a companion app for bookings, loyalty or content, mobile app development runs alongside it under the same store accounts.
Starting price
Request a Discovery Call€12,000Project starting price
VenusSoft does not sell fixed packages: every project is built as custom software, and because we bring our own product components into each one, scope varies from project to project. The figure here is the floor a project in this service typically starts at; the exact quote follows scope, after a discovery call. These euro figures are set for the European nearshore market this page addresses, independently of any Turkish-lira pricing shown elsewhere on this site.
These figures are starting thresholds valid as of 5 August 2026; current pricing is confirmed in your quote.
What moves this number
Scope
The floor assumes the smallest useful version in which a single flow works end to end. Every further screen, user role and rule-bearing flow grows the design, build and test load together.
Integrations
Connecting to a documented API and extracting data from a system that has been running for years are not the same job. This is the line that deviates most from an estimate, and the first one discovery pins down.
Timeline
The same work does not cost the same on an ordinary schedule as it does compressed across a parallel team. Compression is not always possible either, and where it is, the cost lands on team size rather than on the calendar.
Continuity
Going live is a handover, not an ending. Maintenance, monitoring, support and the next release are agreed up front; they are not folded into the project figure but stand as their own open line.
What we use, and why
Unity
A widely used engine for 2D and 3D mobile games that ships to iOS and Android from one project.
Godot
Open source and lightweight, it moves fast on 2D and mid-sized games with no licensing cost.
Flutter and Flame
One codebase for simple 2D games and for gamification added inside an existing app.
Firebase
Player analytics, remote config and crash reporting ground post-launch balancing in data.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of mobile games do you build?
Casual and hyper-casual games, gamification projects such as corporate training and branded games, and 2D/3D action and puzzle games.
How do you choose between Unity, Godot and Flutter?
By the graphics the game needs, its scope and your existing product. We usually recommend Unity for 3D and larger games, Godot for 2D projects where licensing cost matters, and Flutter with Flame for gamification inside an existing Flutter app.
How long does a project take, and how is it priced?
The durations in the process are our recommendation for a mid-sized mobile game. The starting price above is the floor for a project of this scope; the exact timeline and price depend on the genre, the number of levels and the art scope, and are settled after the prototype.
Do you also make the art and sound?
We design the interface, menus and in-game visual language. When the game needs extensive asset production, such as characters, animation or music, we plan that separately during scoping.
Do you offer updates and maintenance after launch?
Yes. We recommend an update period for balancing from player data, new levels and OS compatibility; its scope is settled in the contract.
